Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is unbeatable for easy access to Mammoth Mountain ski lifts and MTB trails, just steps away from the front of the hotel. Though a bit far from downtown, the proximity to Canyon Lodge and the lifts makes up for it. The service was a mix of friendly and unhelpful experiences, with some staff genuinely eager to assist while others were dismissive. The rooms were comfortable with a few dated features, and the nearby ski lifts provide a convenient stay for winter sports enthusiasts.
The hotel offers cozy rooms but in need of significant improvements. The service was friendly overall but with a few aloof instances. Its location is convenient for skiing but a bit far from downtown. The dining experience was pleasant, though lacking variety. On the positive side, the location is great and provides convenient parking. However, the rooms being on different floors can be inconvenient, and the continental dining options may not be satisfactory for all guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and fresh, equipped with essential amenities, but lacked a normal size table and chair and the positioning of the fridge was not convenient. The service was somewhat aloof, with the staff being loud and unwilling to assist. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, especially for those seeking a quiet place near the ski area. The dining options were a bit basic despite a few positive highlights. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel has a cozy room with a great view of the mountain, but it's a bit small for three people. The service was excellent and accommodating, although there were some instances of rudeness. The location is amazing, close to the ski area with a nice mountain view, but slightly away from the city center. The dining options were basic with some good choices, and the facilities were overall satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, but unfortunately, my room was right under the stairs with a view of a cement wall outside my window. The carpet and yellow walls were not appealing, making it the worst room I had during my entire 3-week stay in the US. It had no view at all, stains on the carpet floor, and a cold, dark room with a strange smell, especially in the bathroom.
